Trusted Transfer Services

Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Trusted Transfer Services, a private transport and tour company based in Tangier, Morocco. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “the Company” refers to Trusted Transfer Services. “The Client” refers to any individual or group that books or enquires about our services. “The Service” refers to any transfer, tour, or transport arrangement provided by the Company. “The Driver” refers to any professional driver employed or engaged by the Company to carry out a booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when the Client has received a written confirmation from the Company via WhatsApp or email. This confirmation will include the journey details, agreed price, vehicle type, driver information, and pickup time. Until written confirmation is received, no booking is guaranteed. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in advance and confirmed in writing before the journey takes place. Prices are fixed and inclusive of the agreed service — there are no additional charges for traffic, waiting time within reason, or flight and ferry delays. Payment is made in cash at the end of the journey in Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, or US Dollars unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing at the time of booking. For custom tours and multi-day arrangements, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation, the amount and terms of which will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Amendments by the Client

The Company understands that travel plans can change. Cancellations and amendments should be communicated to the Company as early as possible via WhatsApp or email. For standard transfers cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare to cover driver allocation and operational costs. For custom tours and multi-day arrangements, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and will form part of the booking agreement. The Company will always endeavour to handle cancellations fairly and with flexibility where circumstances genuinely warrant it.

5. Cancellations & Amendments by the Company

In the unlikely event that the Company is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond its control — including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, severe weather conditions, or force majeure events — the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible and make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or arrange a full refund. The Company’s liability in such cases is limited to the value of the booking.

6. Punctuality & Waiting Time

The Company is committed to punctuality and will make every effort to ensure drivers arrive at the agreed time. For airport and port pickups, drivers will monitor arrivals in real time and adjust waiting times accordingly. For standard pickups, a grace waiting period of up to 15 minutes beyond the agreed time is included at no extra charge. Extended waiting beyond this period may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated to the Client in advance.

7. Passenger Conduct

The Client and all passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and to treat the vehicle with care. The Company reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger’s conduct is deemed abusive, threatening, or likely to cause damage to the vehicle or endanger the safety of the driver or other passengers. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Company vehicles. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted without prior agreement with the Company.

8. Luggage & Personal Belongings

The Company will make every effort to accommodate the Client’s luggage within the agreed vehicle type. It is the Client’s responsibility to declare the full extent of their luggage when booking so that the appropriate vehicle can be assigned. The Company accepts no liability for damage to or loss of personal belongings carried in the vehicle during a journey. Clients are encouraged to ensure their personal travel insurance covers personal effects.

9. Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking. The Company will make every effort to provide appropriate child seating when notified in advance. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure the child seat is correctly fitted and that the child is secured properly throughout the journey.

10. Route & Itinerary

The driver reserves the right to select the most appropriate route to the destination based on road conditions, traffic, and safety considerations. For tours and intercity transfers, agreed stops and itinerary changes can be accommodated at the driver’s discretion and subject to time and practicality. Significant changes to an agreed tour itinerary requested by the Client on the day may affect the overall schedule and cannot always be guaranteed.

11. Liability

The Company carries full passenger liability insurance in accordance with Moroccan transport law. In the event of an accident or incident caused by the negligence of the driver, the Company’s liability is limited to the terms of its insurance coverage. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, border closures, road closures, severe weather, or force majeure events. The Company strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip to Morocco.

12. Complaints

The Company is committed to resolving any complaints promptly and fairly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please raise the matter with your driver in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact the Company directly via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the journey. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work toward a fair resolution.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or any other event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.

15. Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Company’s website with a revised date. Bookings confirmed prior to any amendment will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of confirmation.
