Everything You Need to Know Before You Book
We want you to feel completely confident before you book with us. Below you will find detailed answers to the questions we are asked most often — covering everything from how to make a booking to what happens if your flight is delayed. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us directly via WhatsApp or our booking form and we will get back to you within minutes.
Booking is simple and takes just a few minutes. You can reach us via our online booking form, by WhatsApp, or by email. Let us know the type of service you need, your pickup and drop-off locations, your travel date and time, and the number of passengers in your group. We will confirm your booking promptly and send you all the details you need, including your driver’s name and contact number, before your journey.
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle and driver availability, particularly during peak travel seasons such as summer, Easter, and Moroccan public holidays. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible — simply reach out via WhatsApp and we will do our best to arrange your transfer at short notice.
All our prices are fixed and confirmed in writing before you book. What we quote is exactly what you pay — no meters running in the background, no surcharges for traffic or waiting, no unexpected extras at the end of the journey. We believe transparent pricing is the foundation of trust, which is why we never leave our clients guessing about what they owe.
We primarily serve Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (IATA: TNG), located approximately 15 km southwest of Tangier city center. We also cover Tangier Ville Port in the city center and Tangier-Med Port, located around 40 km east of Tangier, which handles most ferry traffic from Spain and Europe.
Yes, always. We monitor all incoming flights and ferry arrivals in real time. If your flight or ferry is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time to match yours. You will never be left waiting and you will never be charged extra for delays that are outside your control.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. You do not need to search for your driver — they will find you. If for any reason you cannot locate your driver on arrival, you will have their direct mobile number and can reach them immediately.
When booking, simply let us know how many bags and suitcases you are travelling with and we will assign the most appropriate vehicle. Our SUV, Minivan, and Minibus all offer generous luggage capacity. We never overload a vehicle — your comfort and the safety of your belongings are always the priority.
Absolutely. For departure transfers, we will pick you up directly from your hotel, riad, or any address in Tangier and deliver you to the airport or port with plenty of time before your flight or ferry. We recommend scheduling departure transfers to arrive at least two hours before a flight and ninety minutes before a ferry.
Absolutely. While we offer a range of popular day trips and excursions, we specialize in building custom tours tailored to your specific interests, schedule, and group size. Tour prices cover private transport and the services of your driver throughout the day. Entrance fees to monuments, museums, and attractions, as well as meals and personal expenses, are not included unless specifically agreed otherwise. Your driver will be happy to recommend the best local restaurants and attractions at each destination.
